Biographical sketch
Mizrahi joined ARDA in 1958 from a wartime signals-intelligence post (fictional context). She led the team’s transition from improvised AM-band receivers to purpose-built LIM-band sets, and trained four of the agency’s later field communications officers.
She is fictional; the biographical detail, training history, and program affiliation are reconstructed for archive continuity.
